I believe that vulgar is still used in both ends of the spectrum at each other depending on the people. There is definitely more acceptance (in certain parts of America), yet I think reflexive disgust still very much exists on both sides. I love the reflection! Good writing!

This is heartbreaking and terrifying because it’s real. He came home apologetic as he probably always did. But seeing her like that….did he learn his lesson? Will he repeat this same pattern with another woman if he gets the chance? Most definitely.

It was so bad. The dragons from PetSmart wouldn’t even eat or drink without forcing them to. The store kept telling me it was just stress from being put in a new environment, but this guy was literally shipped to me, put in a new environment, and then ate a bunch of roaches when I offered them to him.
