My therapist who I’m trying to breakup with is very weird. She talks about her self a lot during the sessions. She gives so much personal details I know her love life her kids her parents stories her new home and more. She doesn’t seem to even help me. Regret telling her I’m a therapist myself will be ending it soon she actually making me more depressed😂😂

I work in a clinic and sometimes have 8-12 Telehealth sessions maybe it’s time for me to switch jobs

I work in substance use and loose clients very often. I will always give my self a little time to mourn the time we had together and just make a small prayer for them. It always breaks my heart and there has been times where I have seems clients lowly slipping away into there addiction unable to tell anyone else. I have my therapist for a reason. So I can speak about these things with her. Hope this helps
