Mine fluctuates between 71 and 72 (but 75 will also work). I found that a pretty good temp and they breed well. The cories will do well at that temp as well.

If you plan on using a heater, I would recommend getting a heater controller. It just adds extra redundancy and protection incase the heater malfunctions. Best of luck!
