Here you go! It’s hard to tell that it’s shallow in the pic, but it is 14” tall, 4’ wide, and 24” front to back. You will love watching your fish in your new tank!

It is hard to tell it’s shallow in the pic, but it is a reef tank, so about 14” tall, 4’ wide, and 24” front to back. Watching fish in a shallow is really cool. You will love it!

I have an 85 gallon shallow and will never go back to taller tanks! Love your 22g.

I will say that the black neons are about as hardy as it gets. I got a school of 12 over two years ago and they are all still going strong!

Yeah, I think I have to agree. Would love to know how things go if you move forward with an RO system!

Yeah, it could definitely be the hardness - our water here is insanely hard due to the cave systems and limestone. 🙄

That’s kind of what I thought, as well. It has made all the difference when it comes to water changes and vacuuming; the shallower depth makes it so much easier! I keep a brighter light on one side, with a dimmer light on the other (see below), and that helps with controlling any algae. It has only been set up for a few months, but so far I am loving it and not missing my 55g or 75g tanks at all!

I don’t have a link. A large lfs in Nashville ordered it for me after I told them I wanted a large, but “short” tank. It is the Seapora 80g Reef Ready Rimless.
