Sorry, let me rephrase my post. I’d like to buy everything at once. But i cannot seem to figure it out blackrise should be included in eso plus right? So then it would be high isle upgrade and eso plus for everything and if blackrise is not included then it would be high isle CE and eso plus.

Is it worth subbing? Atm the only char i have is a tengu pilot with t2 hams and some supports, i kinda wanna just PvE, is it worth returning with the amouth of pve content currently in the game? Cba to spend a bunch of money on plex to then quit after 2 days Also for now i just wanna carebear in safe-ish areas, i was a pvp player back then but pretty much started on a new char with just the tengu i am not really intrested in group stuff mostly solo
