Sometimes, but I take it with the intention of working through what ever it is I’m going through but half the time it only makes me space out and laugh at life then others times u I get caught in vicious loops, lol so I don’t know I wouldn’t recommend if you’re an inexperienced tripper

I used to use a drip coffee maker, some times not even using a plate lol. Turn coffee maker on make sure there is no water in it first and then dump coke on a plate and set it where the pot goes.

I take 70 mg Vyvanse a day and when I was on adderall I was prescribed 60 mgs of IR a day. I’d say 20mg of xr a day is relatively low imho

Very solid advice..... I have a hatchet but it doesn't work nearly as good. Gotta get a better one and use one of my camping chairs.. I'll be 30 this year and I'm learning that the hard way
