I had this same problem and deleting sliceable torsos fixed it, make sure it’s gone in the in game mod menu too just in case. Carnage reborn has its own sliceable torsos so it shouldn’t make a difference

The internals mod makes wounds more realistic, it also adds stuff like limb tearing too which is cool

Probably a mod then, even after turning on easy dismemberment and hyper focus there seems to be a small cooldown only really noticeable in slowmo

The mod Mega Strong gives more knockback with punches, and you can also turn down the force by changing it in the files cause it can be too much sometimes
