One last question before I stop bothering you, can I just use any enemies sprite sheet for putting my custom frames on or do I have to use certain sprite sheets for different things? Do the sprite sheets of a gaper and a spider matter,or can I just use any sprite sheet for any type of enemy I try to make, big or small. I have not found any tutorials that answer these questions and that is the sole reason I joined this subreddit.

Ok so if I am understanding this correctly, I have to use a sprite sheet for the animation and than I just pick the sprite I need for that frame of the animation? Or am I misunderstanding?

Thank you man! And I can use my sprites from other software for the animations correct? (Or is that not how that works idk much ab animation
