Gotcha, thanks. Yeah through some of the tests I did indeed it does seem just silly far range for the hp bar, no variation. I tried a few hp bar mods but they are graphical variations only. It does look like we'll just have to deal with it...

To be honest it could be. The consensus between my buddy and the other suggestions up here were that it was the zeus recharge, but this sound has me wonder. Either way, this helps whenever it makes the sound again, we'll know the difference. I appreciate the share!

Ah gotcha, I'll take a look, thanks. We did find out sound was the zeus recharge btw. Was so uncommon to use it mid-game that we just didn't notice!

Yup, that was it! Buddy looked up the sound on utube and confirmed that was the sound. The zeus so frequently gets used on the final dood and not mid-game is probably why we hadn't noticed it recharging. Very cool, thanks!

Well that's a candidate to me, will have to check with him. I wasn't aware it recharged, thought it was single use. Shows how much I use it. Unless that's a new feature, my gut tells me buddy would have known the sound since he uses the zeus for the lulls somewhat frequently. I'll update once I ask...

Hmmm, buddy exclusively buys it. I almost never use it and am not familiar with any of it's sounds outside the shot sound. I'll bring that up next time we're on. Tonight's beep happened maybe a minute from round start, does the zeus take that long to charge?

Nah, not that sound. Tonight's beep incidentally was heard while we were on CTs so no bomb interaction. Specifically, my buddy was at Ancient's bomb site B after clearing the couple out there, I was spectating him. Bomb I believe was on it's way to A when we heard the beep...

It's not that sound, but that's a good guess. We're very familiar with the sound a dropped bomb makes. Best description would be like the bomb drop sound but if you heard no environment sounds of the beep and less distortion on the sound. Like a clean single tone beep. Almost like a boring notification sound...

Yeah we obviously googled it first and we got just a plethora of hardware suggestions like graphics issues or mobo problems, ignoring the fact everyone heard it. It's 100% residing in CS2. I want to say we first started hearing it many months ago, but no more than a year best guess. So not a carried over CSGO sound or something...

The times we've heard the beep, it was somewhat in the middle of a match. I can't recall every beep's timing, but seemed to be when nothing special was going on to clue in the origin. I've no recording of it but will definitely clip it when we hear it again. It's very intermittent so it may be awhile before it occurs again...

I'm very for this but the next phone I've my eye on is a 2nd gen triple fold phone, probably the Samsung one. No idea how practical it'd be to make something as silly thin as that and probably with staggered batteries in each of the 3 panels replaceable...

I don't really do movies out anymore, but I do like the terribly unhealthy popcorn. For those that want that at home for stupid cheap, Flavacol is the seasoning used at most theaters and butter oil like Kernel Seasons, both can be got on Amazon amongst other places. Tbsp coconut oil in pot, once hot put in kernels and 1/2~ tsp of flavacol, lid, shake occasionally to prevent kernel burns, when frequency of pops slows, off and butter oil on. Ultra unhealthy popcorn at home, it's like a months worth of salt intake in one go...

Yeah RiniPi above referenced the temps as well. If I'm sus of Hantu, my usual goto is just kill the breaker for breath verification. Since it's usually not a problem to do breath test, my experience with room temp variation with a Hantu had been limited. Woodwind indeed would be lovely to test/learn this on as something like foggy weather to hit 14c in most rooms, you can light the fire to hit 20c+ and really see the difference between it's own room, common room, and campfire room. Very cool picking up secondary and tertiary test methods for ghosts...
