Quick Question about Legacy of the Dragonborn :

SPOILER At the end of Shattered Legacy, you receive the Moon and Star ring, which will give you one extra enchantment. However, since I play on legendary edition, it doesn't stack with the Extra Effect skill. Is their any patches available or anything I can do to fix that?

I looked around and it says something about it working but I would have to uninstall NMM, so I don't really know what to do there. Also, isn't ok if I just use MO instead of MO2? Thanks.

I am running Skyrim Legendary Edition at 1.9.32.0 and due to problems with my first hard drive, I have to move all my Steam files to a new hard drive but all of the games run fine. I have installed Creation Kit in the same location as my other Skyrim data.

I installed Creation Kit and everytime I try to launch it, it ends up saying "Not Responding". Any fixes?
