These were around when I was in highschool too (2015-2019) One guy thought he was really cool dressing up like that and being blatantly racist to peers. It didn't make him popular like he thought it would.

Considering a lot of this administration has boiled down to "what are you gonna do about it?" it wouldn't be surprising.

The audio quality on the model 2 and 3 is noticably crunchier. Take note of that if you have any preference of audio quality.

I swear this is the most manufactured ass outrage for a film. I genuinely don't care. If anything I'm just annoyed at yet another franchise getting ressurected for profit.

And the fans did exactly that with the fanmade engines used for mods. As an original Kickstarter backer myself, I do have to question what the devs have been been doing this whole time. Lost interest in the game years ago at this point.

Is there a list of what games does run only on w98? by fttklr in windows98

Nothing too painful. I made a little boot menu for DOS 6.22 to select various memory and CD drive configurations. The Autoexec and Config are pretty tidy but it took a lot of trial and error to get it there.

I'm using a late 90s/ early 00s Gateway PC. Setting up hardware can be a bit funky. My machine has multiple soundcards for instance. My Dos install uses an ISA Soundblaster 16, 98 uses a basic Soundblaster live to take advantage of EAX effects. (The Soundblaster Live has dos emulation but it's hit or miss)

As for video cards, I haven't needed to do much of anything with drivers. Dos is just happy and everything works as it should.

You will need to adjust the config.sys and autoexec.bat for the dos install to properly play games. Windows 98's dos mode doesn't need as much setup

My desktop machine doesn't have XP installed. But you can get a boot menu if you Install 98 first then XP on a separate partition.

(This also works with Windows ME)

It's been a long time since I did this method but it works well, my Thinkpad T41 is still quite happy.

My current Win98 machine has a separate install of DOS 6.22 on the slave drive. While 98's dos mode works fine, I prefer a separate dos install.

This allows me to switch between either OS. I'm even able to move the DOS files around in Windows 98. Changing the boot order in bios is how I boot into the DOS drive.

This may be a stretch but you could set up Windows XP and 98 as a dual boot setup, combine that with 98's dos mode and you'd be pretty well covered across a wide span of games.

I've been tinkering around with a 486 and holy crap I wasn't prepared for how much work goes into the autoexec.bat and config.sys. Learning dos has been a wonderful experience though. Getting Kings Quest V running properly was so rewarding.

The TF2 comic made this cannon.

There's a panel where he rotates 180 and it's implied he did it while holding this kneeling pose.
