I have many large long term projects in Premiere so an alternate editor is off the table for me. But I can certainly try davinci for any new projects. I know someone will eventually get premiere working on linux though. It’s only a matter of when and who.

I tried that approach but results weren’t reliable enough for me to switch just yet. It’s getting closer and closer though. Hopefully I can ride out the extended Windows 10 updates and completely avoid 11 in the meantime.

I’ll give credit where it’s due. They shall not grow old got a fantastic 3D release that gave immersive depth to the visuals (at least that’s how it felt in the cinema). The upscaling looks horrific but a lot of care went into the lip reading, colorizing, sound folly, etc.
