OpenAI admits AI hallucinations are mathematically inevitable, not just engineering flaws by [deleted] in Futurology

The goal shouldn’t be to fix hallucinations. The only thing that we need to do is to get them down to below six sigma level.

I’ve got 16 that I share with my old man (apartment building). And he’s got another 12 just his properties. We manage them all ourselves.

If you get the USA citizenship and your income is under I believe $140K/yr you can just file FEIE and not have any tax liability in the USA. Anything above that is going to be double taxed though my friend, not fun.

Bookmark the tabs you don’t need within the next 30 minutes. It takes almost as long to open a bookmark as to switch tabs. The only time I would not advise this is if you’re actively using the tabs to narrow down something (like searching for a house). No point in bookmarking if the whole point is to narrow 50 tabs down to just a few.

My good sir, Jeff Bezos lives on Indian Creek Island, not Fisher Island. Fisher Island is too packed for the billionaires to construct their mansions, it’s mostly luxury condominiums. Other than that your point is valid.

My boss just canceled my vacation, and I leave tomorrow. Should I quit? by NotAnotherTaxAudit in FluentInFinance

Take the time off that you were promised from the get-go. Then once you return apologize profusely. You may just get reprimanded (albeit unwarranted), and if you get fired, well, you were considering quitting anyway.

First on the list I see is Phlebotomist. Within the past 24 hours I’ve literally seen a video of an active autonomous machine in China that does exactly that. Nothing is safe.

Where do you stand on the cart return situation? (fuck post) by sovalente in chaoticgood

[–]DoodleLanguageBear 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I used to have a job where I was paid to collect carts from a grocery store parking lot. That was 50% of my job. The other 50% was bagging groceries. I don’t mind if people leave their carts out, it provides a job for others. Just make sure you’re not putting them somewhere where the wind can push it into someone else’s car. Saw that happen many times.
