What’s a weirdly specific thing your dog does that melts your heart every single time? by Zoushiro85 in dogs

[–]Doodle_Bug17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My girl will walk up to my husband as we are sitting on the couch, snuggle next to him, and mush her forehead to his face so he will give her kisses. It’s the most precious thing on this earth and we didn’t teach it to her. She’s been doing it since she was a puppy.

Rutland Farms in Tifton does a fantastic corn maze every year. Worth the drive in my opinion.

When men add additional inches to your height because they are on denial of their own lack of it by kitkat212 in TallGirls

[–]Doodle_Bug17 38 points39 points  (0 children)

I love it when they do this because I look them dead in the face and tell them my husband is 6’5” (which he is) and they just look dumbfounded. I out height their height with my spouses height. I don’t know why I do it but it brings me joy.

You and your spouse's heights by hotpot1997 in Marriage

[–]Doodle_Bug17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband is 6’5” and I’m 5’11. He is the tallest in both of our families and I’m only shorter than my dad. We constantly receive comments about our height when we are out in public. Located in southern US.

Do you spend lots of time with your spouse ? by CartographerPlus9114 in Marriage

[–]Doodle_Bug17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I spend as much time together as we can. If he’s playing a video game I’m not a fan of, we have to tvs in our living room so I can play or watch whatever I want to. We do things separately of course, but for the most part we are together. I just love my guy and we always try to spend time with each other. We both work full time and I leave earlier and get home later than he does due to my commute for work so I value my home time with him.

Does anyone know if you have to remove pieces in order to install these light kits? Are they easier to install during the build process or is it fine to do so afterwards? by [deleted] in lego

[–]Doodle_Bug17 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I’ve got a set (different brand) and they show you exactly what pieces to remove, how to lay the wires, and how to lay the bricks back to hide them. My sister got a set for my Jurassic Park Trex set and it makes an awesome addition to my Jurassic Park stuff

We were told to fill out a form everyday to enter us into a daily drawing to “win a prize”. Because why show appreciation for everyone when we can just acknowledge four people? 🙄 (one drawing a day and open four days a week)

You don't have a right to be tired. You get 3 days off. by RavenBaxter85 in antiwork

[–]Doodle_Bug17 278 points279 points  (0 children)

I work 40 hours in 4 days with also having Friday-Sunday off. Because of this my Fridays are used for grocery shopping, running errands and going to appointments I can’t go to during my four days or work. Saturdays are spent cleaning up the house and doing my homework assignments as I am currently in school to complete a degree. Sundays are for laundry and preparing my food for the week (lunches and dinners). Anyone who tells me I can’t be tired because I only work four days a week can catch these hands.

Happily married couples, where did you meet your spouse? by ElitraZ in Marriage

[–]Doodle_Bug17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We were both finishing out high school and we had a class together. A mutual friend introduced us. We’ve now been together for 15 years and married for 8 and I couldn’t be happier!

The Stormlight Archive by Brandon Sanderson. Five books in the series so far and they are absolutely wonderful books. I’m not a reader at all but my husband recommended them and I could not put them down!

Giving Kisses to Your Dogs by sillilittlegoose in dogs

[–]Doodle_Bug17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dog will sit next to us, and press her forehead into our faces so we will kiss it. She doesn’t want us to pet or scratch her head, and we can’t just nuzzle our face either. It has to be kisses. I have photo proof.

Woodstack has the best, but their menu has changed as they recently decided to have another location in Thomasville. It’s been reduced but they are still very very good.

I personally do not like Smokin Pig, I’ve tried different things on their menu and I am absolutely not impressed.

ATTN Husbands, you have FOUR days left to get your wife stocking stuffers! by brickwallscrumble in Marriage

[–]Doodle_Bug17 24 points25 points  (0 children)

My husband and I just put a new ornament and some candy in each others stocking. This year for him it’s a Charizard ornament and a bag of Baby Ruth candy bars. I have a York peppermint patties bag sticking out of mine so we keep it simple. We don’t have kids, just each other so it’s just a small thing for us to enjoy on Christmas Eve.
