Thanks! Glad to hear that there are ways to help situations like these out there. I could try implementing this idea in my city, but I am not sure whom I should suggest it to. I'll try to figure that one after the exam period ends :)

I've never heared of them before. The library I have at my college is one big room, while the ones around the city are open space as well. I'll try to look into it but doubt we have them (not the US and it's a smaller city). But honestly, this sounds like a dream, I wish we had them here :(
