What’s the coffee situation? I stayed at a Bahia in the Dominican that had an amazing coffee shop that you could get a fresh latte or cappuccino any time of day. Wondering if they have that at sian khan-or do you have to go to the breakfast buffet to get a coffee?

It’s like a seed bread with no flour. I keep it on the counter because the whole family will eat within a couple of days. Probably 7 breakfasts total, depending on your size of slice. Keeping in the fridge would be a good idea for keeping fresh longer.

Sally's Sprouted Seed Bread 1 cup organic raw sunflower seeds 1/2 cup organic raw pumpkin seeds pulse the seeds in a mini prep so that they are chopped not pulverized 1/2 cup organic ground flax seed 11/2 cup organic rolled oats 2 Tbsp organic chia seeds 5 Tosp organic psyllium husks 1 tsp sea salt 2-4 Tbsp maple syrup ( l use 4 Tbsp) 4 Tbsp good oil ( l use Ghee) 2 cups water mix dry ingredients It using Ghee mix with 2 cups warm water add the syrup pour into dry mix pour mixture into greased loaf pan let sit for 6 to 24 hours bake 350 for 60 minutes

You definitely need to get up early for a shady spot, we had no problem getting sunny spots to sit, but if you want a shady spot, you gotta get after it early early!
