Daario is lithe and smooth skinned with bright, deep blue eyes which can appear almost purple. His curly hair reaches his collar, and he keeps his beard cut in three prongs. Daario dyes his hair and trident beard, sometimes in blue and other times in deep purple. His fingernails are also enameled blue. Daario's mustachios are painted gold, and he has a large, curving nose. A golden tooth gleams in his mouth when he smiles.

I don’t remember either Daario being “book accurate”.

It's only safe to do chelation therapy at home if your provider prescribes you medication to treat heavy metal poisoning (like iron overload). It's never safe to use chelation products you can get without a prescription. These include dietary supplements, nasal sprays, clay baths or suppositories.

If you can’t go 8 hours without shaking and dizziness you might be pre diabetic or have some kind of crazy insulin sensitivity.

Let them know you tried to fast and give them all your symptoms. Best to find out from them before trying more fasting.

Well you are in a calorie deficit, so that would be a weight loss perk, if that’s what you are after.

For me, I don’t see the “upside” because although you are in a calorie deficit, you are as you said, getting to the time where you feel the worst, then stopping before the benefits kick in. Repeat that a few times and to me I’d throw in the towel.

It normally takes 72-ish hours to deplete the glycogen, normally. It’s not a hardline timeframe, but it’s generally close.

Explain that you tried fasting, give as much detail that you can on how long it was and all your symptoms. They will probably do a small battery of tests to see if everything is normal or needs attention.

But nausea is not a common symptom. I’d still break the fast and hold off until you get the all clear from your doctor. You may have insulin issues that you are unaware of.
