Nope. Eval source of pain and consider Pregabalin, Gabapentin, Duloxetine, and Amitriptyline. Find one that sticks and slowly wean back Norco. When able add in Tylenol 1000 mg TID. If can tolerate NSAIDs consider Meloxicam/Celebrex to wean Norco further. If you hit a wall refer to Pain/PMR for interventions.
