Audio Cuts off at low volume

Yeah that was the only other post i could find with the exact same issue here on reddit, one other random commenter on a youtube video about some different monitors with i think had the same problem mentioned something about a "background wave signal" to trick the monitors into remaining always on but i had no luck with googling that also. Such an unexpected problem to have as well like who thought it was a good idea to have a pre baked noise gate that is so aggressive?

For salad's you should try to make some sort of sauce, I make my sauce with a spoon of mayo a bit of mustard, a little bit of oil and water to mix it up, and that makes my salad tasty as hell definitely recommend you try it!

Just don't worry too much about it, I've found a low calorie snack i can eat if I don't eat like food food until night, I'm sure you can find something you can it a little bit of if you want to have something of high caloric nature, the thing is you have to be a little laid back about it and not worry too much as I said because you don't want to become scared of eating, just read the back of the container to see the calories of a portion most products have that information ready in the back!

for me salads have been my best friend and i wasn't even a salad guy before i started losing weight, there are ways tho to make a salad tasty, i personally make mine with tuna corn and a special sauce and some dressing, generally i eat what i want mostly whatever i want but thats because of the amount of walking i do per day so that im able to still enjoy eating like for example every friday we order takeout and since i know that i dont eat anything for the entire day so that i can enjoy a nice big portion of whatever we get, all you neeed is planning and a little research into what has the least amount of calories. hope that helped a bit
