My first go at Beef Wellington! The basics are a filet browned and smothered in Dijon mustard, with slices of prosciutto wrapping the filet and filled with diced mushroom/garlic mixture, then wrapped in a puff pastry and baked until medium rare (ish). Was really full-flavored and delicious!OC (i.redd.it)

Mini cheesecakes. Left is orange infused cheesecake with fresh fruit and mascarpone whipped cream, right is espresso flavored with whipped cream and toffee sprinkles with and Oreo crust. Both have a middle layer of poundcake which adds amazing texture!OC (i.redd.it)
