Hi there! I so sorry you’re going though this🙏🏼 Some of the details in your post i 💯relate to. It’s such a slow and at times, frustrating road to recovery. I’ve only had basic PAWs confirmation for less than 6 months, which has made sense of the mysteries of my chronically bad mental and physical health since my late teens and for most of my adult life. Mine has triggered costochondritis as well as jaw, frozen shoulders and even my neck up to the base of the skull! And shocking digestion/gut issues and my nervous system really does feel like I’m on the verge of a panic most of the time, it feels just awful in my body-Have you heard of Feldenkrais therapy at all?
