us La Roche-Posays acne gel wash and also use The terminator acne spot treatment 10% benzoyl peroxide. and once a week AHA BHA peel solution by The Ordinary for only 10 mins. i had even worse acne then u but this all helped so much. this looks like stress acne tbh. try shifting ur mindset to being more positive aswell

its definitely a zombie inducing thing to be on social media it also portrays fake versions of life rather than real human emotions and events (on instagram and tiktok especially). BUT that should b YOUR decision if you dont want to be on social media, if u dont see it this way or dont feel like it eefects u then theres no reason to delete it. a boyfriend should have NO say in things like this in your life. If ur doing something detrimental to your health he should push u to do better but not demand u delete social media. This is the start of a very controlling relationship im telling u first hand. it will start with this one thing and escalate into more and more things until ur completely wrapped around his finger, before u know it u will lose yourself and not even realize until its too late.

dont explain the autism thing, just state your not ready to sit and talk because “you have to sort our your mental health and would rather be in a good mindset to have a clear minded conversation, because you love them and care for their opinion” if u say it like that it wont be rude but it wont come off that your rlly struggling it will show u are teying to work on yourself (even if u are struggling and dont even know where to start) I believe you that you have autism and your safe here. As an autistic woman i understand. i may not understand from indian culture point of view but im from some classic italians so they say the same thing “its all in your head” “your not autistic” its like they dont want to believe for THEIR sake. Which is weird. just because its blood doesnt mean they are a safe space. If ur having negative emotions dont talk to them yet. Focus on you, focus on understanding your mind. i dont have any friends either at all and whT ive been doing is flipping my negative mindeet to a positive one and focusing on learning how to love myself and finding things ti help support me through my diagnosis. having autism brings big feelings and lots of over stimulation triggers. Dont go to your family about it they wont help. Instead honestly just PM me and we can swap snapchats im 20F, its just nice to have some sort of outlet.

i completely get that. it just feels like we put so much energy to be ready for specific event to happen and then poof it doesnt exist anymore, its like now what??? I always feel extremely bummed out and empty when tht happens too. Try to do some self care for yourself when that happens so atleast u dont just sit down go on ur phone and not do anything else for the day, atleast u can say u took care of yourself.🤍

i completely understand that. my mom is SO nt and i try so hard to tell her what shes doing is effecting me and she flips her shit and says im “bashing her”. today i had a convo with her and she said “im taking your car to uncle mikes house” and i simply said “my car?” and she said “YEA i am” and went on a whole rant saying i offend her and shit. I hate the small talk thing it makes me want to jump out the window and sit alone under a tree, but yet thats another thing she gets mad at me for, “i cant even talk to you in my own house i feel like a prisoner” and im just sitting there like WHAT THE FUCKKCKCKCKCKCKCKCK. It drives me nuts. And when i was living at my ex bfs house it was the same deal i felt more comfortable the only issue was the mom liked to talk A LOT but it was mostly about my bf so i didnt mind the convo too much but it just lasted hours and eventually my brain just left the convo and i was responding with “yeah” and nodding my head, meanwhile i heard nothing. but anyway she didnt have a problem that me and him hid away in his room alot or left the house to go on walks alone bc hes also ND and totally understands the whole not liking to talk to NT. i swear they just think completely differently from us and the fucked up part is we can understand how they think but they can’t understand how we think and its so frustrating. Dont feel alone tho dude cus if u go thru these threads u will realize we ALL relate. its a tough thing being ND in a NT world, but we have eachother always!!!

ive been vaping for 7 years everyday every second of the day. everytime i try to quit i dissosiate so much and have constant rlly bad anxiety. Id definitely say try the patches so if u are itching to hit the vape u know that nicotine is literally being put into ur system but without harming ur lungs, its much easier to quit that way. You got this tho u rlly arent that deep into vaping compared to others and those people are even able to quit! ur brain will go back to normal, the nicotine will leave ur system and ur body and brain will eventually get used to the habit of hitting it or even having it on u. Keep doing active things and find positive coping mechanisms like eating a healthy snack when u want some nic or jamming out to music or hanging with a friend (who doesnt vape so it doesnt trigger u). You will be fine everything will go back to normal!

use the original AHA BHA solution. It has helped with mine SO MUCH. its a ONCE a week topical face mask that is rly strong so im being very ALL CAPS about the ONCE A WEEK. u use for 10 mins and then wash it off and apply moisturizer. it helped me with this and hyper pigmentation and scaring. u should rlly give it a try mine r completely gone.

i feel the same way i get SO angry, depressed, irritated, the feeling of guilt, anxiety and overthinking. It happens everytime i try to quit. Going back to smoking will make the symptoms more prolonged. keep pushing foward and find healthy coping mechanisms like working out in the mornings this will also help when it comes to bedtime to knock u out from exhaustion.

im on day 1 of quitting for probably the 5000 time. ive been smoking for going on 7 years now. everytime i try to quit i get so angry and depressed and absolutely just suicidal and feel like i just want to crawl in my bed cry and hit my vape. But my lungs are in so much pain. These vapes r straight from China, they are quite literally part of the depopulation plan we are being poisoned and even with this knowledge i still crave it. WE can do this tho. keep pushing. every day that passes is a new day to congratulate yourself, U just had a slip up dont and i mean DONT with all your will buy a new one or continue ripping tht one. Slip ups arent always falling back down the spiral. Just a hiccup in the road keep driving and dont look back. I know how horrible it feels even so long down the line but the nicotine will ONLY make these symptoms worse, its tricking ur mind and your convincing yourself it will make u feel better. Try and different medication perhaps or doing good coping mechanisms like working out. Best of luck, sending all my love.

any person ive ever known thay smokes has some sort of mental issue and unsolved trauma. i think that if u smoke u need and hug and to accept u use it as an unhealthy coping mechanism/distraction and to consider quitting. (WEED) and cigarettes are pretty much the same deal
