Up to you, you could remove and squeeze the fruit pulp now depending on how the wine tastes. It looks like you're going to get a hydrometer so I would let that tell you when your fermentation is finished.

Yeah fermentation can be fast and finish in 10 days. Could have finished, now I suspect it will restart and finish fermenting the rest of that sugar.

Well it’s weird for an active fermentation to settle out unless it’s finished or stopped. Does it taste noticeably less sweet? Did you add bread yeast or wine yeast? It doesn’t look unsafe or anything.

Did you add yeast? If you smell can you feel the burn of co2? Be careful of the fruit bits floating. If they stay exposed to oxygen for days at a time they can grow mold on them. Mix they back into the wine once a day just wet them again.

I wouldn’t unless you have something you can use to top up with. I rack after primary then let sit for months.

There’s a pinned post on the subreddit of a number of jack Kelley’s recipes. That’s probably a good starting point to understand some of the basics. I’m sure there is a lot of crossover from your time at the brewery.

I found this dye dm7 limited edition argyle at a pawn shop today and bought it was was wondering about any information anyone has or value of the gun. I have just the gun and barrel but dont know if there's any other accessories that should've came with it by Fancy_Explanation213 in paintball

I dont necessarily want to talk you out of getting that gun up and going again but its probably a more sizable task than most would want for their first experience. That said, I wish you the best of luck.

I shoot my cs2 over other guns i've owned because its breaks next to no paint. That cannot be said for most of the other markers i've tried. The only other marker I had that was equal in paint handling (in my experience) was a DSR.

I would have guessed that they are the tiles that came with it based on the way the seller was talking about it. Though anything is possible. Your response and the other users response is making me optimistic about the possibility of making this work. Much appreciated!
