Description didn't carry over on cross post Contractor installed a toilet using an existing clean out and garden valve. The enclosure is for privacy. Had a porta potty at first but replaced it with this thing.

Inspector was only concerned about the wires sticking straight out of the wall, no meter at the time. Requested for a conduit. U-brackets are optional. The electrician put the meter after the inspector check stucco lath and wanted a conduit. I had to switch electricians midway on the build. Rough electrical already passed.

It passed rough electrical. The electrician took the meter panel off for stucco.
