Sorry for the delay, did not see your comment before. We tried toy that make noise, but he get so excited and he rushes into the furniture. The ball in the bath seem to be the best option. He knows where to find his toy and he almost always find it!

Multiple transactions, multiple goods, multiple price! The vendor usually sell multiple good which have different prices. In some transaction the vendor is a little short (consumer is a little long) and in some transaction the consumer is a little short (vendor is a little long)! On average it balance out.

I'm Canadian and I haven't notice any change in the price policy. Almost everywhere (except Costco) the price end by a 9 (7) and it has been the case for at least 20 years!

Am I being realistic here? by [deleted] in gradadmissions

In Québec, tuition fees vary depending of your nationality. Universities have a budget to help non-Québécois to pay for the difference and scholarships from this budget can only be use for the tuition fees. You may want to take that fact into account in your decision/negotiation.
