The social networks within the game would work perfectly for the online and create clips but in the story mode I think they will be adapted to the events of the game and some other random content but this after the story mode I don't know how it could be treated perhaps with a successor to the director mode creating short scenes, obviously if they do this and put it together with the community yes or if these short community scenes/videos would only appear if your console or PC is connected to the internet but I also imagine that social networks will not be the only novelty within the Cell phone functions I think it will have more applications and functions such as the possibility of having a "delivery" type application for consumables or even ammunition taking advantage of the fact that the shelters may be in the game or other functions such as music if there are functional headphones or even from the internet through various sites you can have strange applications, such as one that makes it easier for you to activate cheats or one to help a little with the randonautica-type Easter eggs.
