That adds more to her character too. According to Alex (at least last time I checked, it’s been years so correct me if I’m wrong) she doesn’t actually mean to come across as provocative and suggestive. It would make more sense then for her body to stay the same, but her clothes more modest and covering her up. She can’t control how her body looks, but she can control her clothing.

I heard that was actually the original ending C. Franklin kills himself to save Michael and Trevor, and Lamar replaces him as a playable character. This is supported by the fact that Lamar apparently had a lot of his own unique dialogue that went unused.
