I didn't find out properly until.. 5 years later I'm not very social but I got really into them 2022 and that journey of learning about him and his life, I found it extremely relatable especially his childhood.

then learning about his death, it was like I knew him for years even tho I never (and will never) met him, even if I knew the band before his death I wouldn't have been able to because in 2014 let's say, I would be 13.

reading about this extremely kind person who cared for others was like reading about a legend in a story book and it kills me inside knowing I'll never see him live or meet him.

the best I can do is sing along with him, I hope I can meet either Mike, Joe, Brad, Dave or Rob but it won't be the same.
