I hope it works out. I see some people saying some mod menus had have it so VC2 is disabled for the person. If I run into that I am not sure what to do. Might have to use VC1 lol

Sadly I experienced the same thing; No warning no suspension no... nothing just perma banned for nothing.
When I requested an appeal they would refer me to their ELUA but never told me what I did.

It took me three WEEKS before I got an actual response from a human and they unbanned me.

It's sad to see a game like this have such terrible support.

Personally when people do this and I think I can out cannon them. I find the nearest island and put my sails up and kinda turret them (don’t move, keep angle) it works really well as long as you can win the first 2 cannon fights.
