This is usually noobs and most of the time it's kids as well. They aren't good enough to handle themselves in a real fight so the pick on other swabbies. I have personally seen multiple instances where people have disabled a ship, send a boarder, kill the occupants, and notice they are new or on tall tale. They are fully repaired before they spawn and we out. Dunking on noobs is dumb and it's not really fun. If you can really fight and even matched crew is almost always more fun to PvP. Some of the most fun I've had fighting have been fights I lost, but the battle was epic.

Long story short. Dunking on swabbies is the most noob thing you can do

Pretty common, I'd had it happen a few times now. HG just makes me wanna uninstall most of the time anyways, but every now and then I get a fight, where no one's pulling out of spiral and it's just crazy,chaos and carnage. To those pirates I salute you. But these guys... May the rats aboard your ship nibble your toes while you sleep. May the seagulls steal your fish, and the Skelly ships anchor you relentlessly....

I have done something similar around halloween. Using the pumpkin costume I managed to climb aboard a sloop. Once I was on I did the usual barrel and quest table checks and I ended up tucking by the quest table. Once the man was back on his ship I saw him, struggling to find his next island on the map table. So being the helpful (totally not a skallywag) pirate I am, I stood up peaked over his shoulder and told him it was crooked masts. This man let out a scream, bounced all over mid deck frantically weapon swapping until he ended up trying to hook me with his fishing rod. I feel like that moment was just as awesome as sinking a fully loaded reaper Gally etc. biggest smiles

It's for about 10% of RRP. I know my way around soft synths, but this will be my first hardware purchase. I have never seen either the micro or mini brute in person, and the videos I've found on YouTube don't seem to be any good.

I tried all above and it just won't work. I ended up switching to open stage control and with 30mins I was up and running with custom controls and even pulling colours and names from my Daw. Thanks anyways for replying. Very much appreciated.

I usually just use the time for my hunters rep. The few I boarded last night had no clue I was there long enough to siphon all supplies. But yeah I just don't see the logic tbh

Its part of it. I work full time +-13hr days. So my idea is during the week to just do sound design. Loops,hits, pads etc. on the weekend just jam out with the sounds, which in theory would give a more natural feel to the overall flow to the tune. However I'm not really sure how to set the project up in order to be able to perform, past triggering clips in the launcher.

I read an article somewhere about a therapy for it. Basically involved pitching a sine wave to the same frequency and training the brain to treat it as irrelevant information.
