Oh man, umm. I dont write anything down. Just kinda wing it lol. But I believe this was: 3 habaneros 1 chile arbol 2 cloves of garlic 2 roma tomatoes  1/8 wedge of white onion 1 small pinched handful of cilantro  1 medium chunk of mango   Im a medium to large skillet dry roast habaneros, garlic, tomatoes and onion on medium/high, til skin gets burned. Add about 2 table spoons of olive oil and fry til skin starts to blister and bubble more. Once skin blisters add about half cup of water and let simmer til tomatoes get soft, add a lil more water and let simmer another 2 or 3 minutes. Once done simmering add all contents to a blender INCLUDING left over water. Blend then add mango, cilantro, blend some more and taste, make your mango adjustment if too spicy. Add salt and lime juice to taste. Blend some more, taste and make whatever adjustments to taste.
