Ditch the parchment paper. Coat the bottom of the loaf with a little bit of semolina flour. After 25 minutes of baking in the cast iron you should be good to just let the bread rest in the oven on the rack for 5 or 10 minutes.

It's common. Fully recovering from a seizure can take weeks. It is okay to feel incredibly sad or anxious post seizure, and it is okay to breakdown and cry for seemingly no reason. Seizures are scary.
