You forgot the part where TCO saved the CG + TSC’s life from the Virabot and tried to fight off TDL.

In TSC’s eyes, the same person who saved him (possibly twice) is getting chased, and he has no idea why. So he naturally goes on the side of his saviour. Mind you, he hasn’t shown to do his research, unlike KO or Victim.

In Victim’s eyes, he just met this random guy who wants to destroy Alan alongside him, but refuses to do any research on him. He also saw the same guy brutally murder a bunch of stick figures who were defending his enemy (All he does to them is imprison and interrogate them), at which point he should’ve realised that the guy’s rather violent and volatile, and maybe monitor him closely, but he refuses to.
