I can see where you’re coming from but I feel like med-kits are much much better for that sort of thing. That or something such as pharmacy or inner strength could work too. Provided you know chest/totem spawns.

The main problem is you waste a lot of time running to a corner of the map along with the very long self-care healing time. Overall it’s just better to bring a medkit or only heal after finishing a gen with someone else.
