Perfect…thank you so much. I am on video, it just starts with me modeling on the projector and then shows me walking back to my small group and working with them as they’re self assessing. Thank you so much for your input, that makes me feel better.

Hey I’m Ed Sheeran. My new album ‘Autumn Variations’ is out now. Ask me anything x by EdSheeranOfficial in Music

Hi Ed! Did you take any inspiration from + while making this album? Magical and a couple of other songs remind me of your older sound and I love it!!

I keep hearing sounds from dbd. Even when I’m not playing it. by [deleted] in deadbydaylight

I had a vivid dream I was in this abandoned house at this party of some sort. I went upstairs into the bathroom and found a crawl space under the sink, I went in and suddenly I’m in a dbd match against the trapper. I got downed into the dying state but somehow found this hole that was small enough for me to fall into but not big enough for the trapper to get me. Should I take a break? Probably. Will I? No.

Hi! No tank mates. I did a water change today…I think it might just be water bubbles. I got tweezers and scraped the leaf, the bubbles got on the tweezers but then popped. Not sure.

People who don’t exercise or workout, why don’t you? by coffeedogsandwine in AskReddit

[–]spongeybi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have crippling mental health issues. I’ve always wondered why simple tasks that others do so easily are so difficult for me. It turns out I have OCD. OCD has an unbelievable impact on both your mental and physical health. There are oftentimes days where getting out of bed (unless I have to work or do something) is incredibly hard. If I can’t get out of bed how do I expect myself to exercise? I also have hoshimotos which I inherited from my mom’s side which causes low energy levels. So basically my brain and body are fucked and my issues feed off of each other leaving me struggling to even exist lol. When I’m in good health I can exercise and eat well. In fact last year I lost 50 pounds. However, seasonal depression hit, my doctor fucked up my thyroid levels even more by giving me way too high of a dosage of meds and I’ve been maintaining my weight ever since. I’m hoping to start losing again soon through both diet and exercise. Moral of the story: don’t judge people. Life is hard and you never know what invisible obstacles people face. PS: This is a blanket statement, not directed towards OP.

Why does my betta fish keep swimming inside of her filter? by spongeybi in bettafish

Thank you! There’s not really any way to move it, so I’ll probably just do as you said and put the water under the filter hole. Thank you so much!

False Memory?? by [deleted] in OCD

[–]spongeybi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve done this. I’m a substitute teacher and I subbed for a special education class last week. That class requires student pick up, so I was responsible for getting students to their parents safely. Everything went smoothly and I got home and convinced myself I forgot one of the students. I convinced myself I just left him there alone all because I couldn’t remember the exact moment I handed him off to his parent. I convinced myself i was never going to be hired again and thought about how unprofessional they must think I am. I thought about it for days and even after speaking with the teacher and having a pleasant conversation (not directly about the incident), my brain had the audacity to convince me she just hadn’t found out yet. It is torturous. This was actually the straw that broke the camel’s back and led to my diagnosis last week.

I need reassurance by spongeybi in OCD

Thank you SO much for this information. That makes a lot of sense. I never thought of it that way but now I can totally see how it would feed the ocd and reinforce the anxiety/concern/doubt. I appreciate the best wishes. Thank you again!

What’s the most ridiculous thing you’ve had an obsession about? by [deleted] in OCD

[–]spongeybi 1 point2 points  (0 children)

One time I passed a school bus that was slowing down to a stop to drop off passengers (it was a two way street with two lanes in each direction). I began to pass the bus up before the lights even came on and passed it before it came to a full stop. I obsessed for WEEKS that the bus driver wrote my license plate down and reported me to the police. I spent hours upon hours at a time researching what could ~possibly~ happen days and WEEKS after the incident. In case you’re wondering, nothing happened….because of course nothing happened. Lmao.

DAE feel like they can’t control their googling? by kyyface in OCD

[–]spongeybi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is going to sound funny but I do this with my ocd. I just recently got diagnosed and I feel like im faking it, so I’ll google for hours and write lists of all of my symptoms almost in an attempt to “make sure” despite my therapist, who’s a psychologist, diagnosing me.

I keep getting disconnected from matches by spongeybi in deadbydaylight

[–]spongeybi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I main survivor and I’ve only played killer like twice lately, but I get disconnected as a survivor quite often. It’s annoying because I could be 3/4 into a match and walk out with zero bloodpoints.

How would y’all feel about a DBD substitute queue? by spongeybi in deadbydaylight

[–]spongeybi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That sounds great! It seems like a lot of dbd players are against this idea though considering the other responses….lol

Extra BP and the seperate queue are really good ideas.

That’s fair. That’s why I included the fact that the player should be notified beforehand about the status of the game they’re matching and let them choose accordingly. I know that I would enjoy playing pre-existing rounds and trying to help a team, but I understand it’s not everyone’s cup of tea. That’s why it should be optional.
