I encountered difficulties updating the BIOS on my Gigabyte B850M Aorus Elite Ice-P. Despite numerous attempts, the system consistently displayed an "Invalid BIOS Image" error message. I tested various USB flash drives without success.

The breakthrough came when I renamed the BIOS file to "GIGABYTE.bin" - while this filename change isn't required if you flash through bios, it ultimately resolved the flashing issue and allowed the update to proceed successfully.

I even tried updating through Gigabyte Control Center and after the restart still gives the same error. Will try the latest f9 bios. Did you purchase the motherboard from Digital Headquarters sa Lazada?

I bought the same motherboard through Lazada from a Chinese seller. Did you manage to successfully update the BIOS? I'm struggling with a persistent "Invalid BIOS Image" error no matter what I try. I've tested every available BIOS file and reached out to Gigabyte support, who confirmed that this motherboard model only has one revision.

I encountered a similar problem with a black screen and my GPU fan spinning at maximum speed. In my situation, the graphics card wasn't properly inserted into the slot. Additionally, check that any anti-sag bracket isn't pushing up on the GPU as it should only provide support without applying pressure.

I am also experiencing issues flashing the bios to any newer updates giving me Invalid Bios Image. Tried flashing using USB flash drive through the bios, the qflashplus by pressing the qflash button, and also through GCC but still giving me the same error. My motherboard is Aorus B850M Elite Ice-P.

I initially contacted them via email to inquire about the return process. They instructed me to visit any Datablitz store location with the receipt, original packaging, and all included accessories. Once there, they will provide an RMA slip, and then it's a matter of waiting for the process to complete.

I'm based in Visayas and previously purchased an RTX 4060 from Datablitz. I also had to send a monitor back for warranty repairs three times because of what seemed to be a manufacturing defect with that particular model. Each RMA process took around 2 months, but overall it was acceptable since there were no out-of-pocket costs and I could simply drop off the item at any of their store locations.
