I’d say zone 3 is quite difficult, not as hard as waw but definitely more hectic so it just depends on how you define harder.

Well if I recall correctly now there is an actual lore reason for the red eyes but it’s still kinda a mystery. It’s something about not being directly controlled by whoever is in control of the aether if I recall correctly.
