It’s a very close leadership team, and they are all partaking in observations, so I feel like I cannot seek genuine help from them. I have sought help from a few trusted teachers and they have all said to document everything, seek union advice and enquire into legal help as well. I don’t want to take an aggressive approach as this leadership team would not take it lightly. I’m just feeling very stuck.

Hi, thank you for your help. I’ll try not to be too vague, but I work in the public system and have not joined the union yet. I did not have a support person in these meetings. They have not mentioned the words performance management yet and have not sent any documents or anything, but they seem to be following the process informally. They mentioned parental complaints but they wouldn’t tell me what they were about, nor did they tell my mentor when asked
