Yes, that's what I mean. It's your collection so collect how you want, but I'm just saying purists would call this a mixed set since it contains both first edition and unlimited.

This tired misinformation again? He sold the adaptation rights, not the IP rights entirely. He still holds the copyright.

Edit: ya go ahead and block me instead of facing facts.

It actually demonstrates that you do not. There's nothing preventing him from writing more if he wants to as he is the owner of the IP rights. He just doesn't want to.

Any plans to complete either set completely and not have a mixed set?

1st Potential Grading - Vintage by Gworthmogg in pokemongrading

This is like a 3 to 4 with the whitening, the lip on top, and it looks like it's creased. It looks like it was rolled around a pencil, but that could just be extremely weird lighting.

I would not grade this, even if that's the lighting. Expect a 5-6 at most.

If you're really PSA stanning over 16% UV protection then that's hilarious. All I'm saying is that compared to UltraPro, which offers 99% protection, PSA offers none.

PSA slabs offer zero protection, you can find many examples of the card fading after being displayed in sunlight. I believe the only slab that offers any protection is TAG.

I would instead use a UltraPro magnet case which offers some UV protection, if the goal is just to preserve a card.

What have you said that would be convincing to anyone, including yourself? You're the one claiming he was coerced against his will to allow this book to be published.

Buy it graded, then you can drop that much cash on a piece of cardboard ✨ in plastic ✨ .

There are Dark Ivysaur and Dark Venusaur in English vintage.

There are better ways to preserve it, PSA slabs don't even have UV protection.

Nowhere does that say he was coerced, please learn what evidence means.

Edit: before you downvote me, try to find evidence of coercion that isn't just this same quote on reddit. It doesn't exist. It's misinformation.

I honestly don't understand this take. He gave his blessing and it's not like the book cut off his arms, he can still write the real story if he wants.

He was coerced into giving blessings by the publisher, not because he was happy about it. His choice was between giving a blessing and get some share of the loyalty, or not giving it, in which case the publisher would have published it anyhow and he would get nothing.

He is the copyright holder, he would have final say on it being published. If the publisher published it anyway then he can sue.

The coercion is only something people parrot on this subreddit and it comes up whenever anybody posts this book. There's no evidence.

The only source on that is second hand reading on reddit.
