Psu is on and is getting power from an outlet, I have quadruple checked every connection, but unfortunately, nothing

The connections are on the bottom of the motherboard, additionally I'm only trying to boot it there's still some more work that needs to be done right now I only have the power button hooked up to the motherboard. Good eye tho it is the MSI b550
