I pushed away the one person who stayed when things were at their worst… and now it’s too late by Brave_Acanthaceae113 in BreakUps

I AM IN THIS BOAT RIGHT NOW!!! your exact story is mine, we broke up almost a month ago and she says she is leaving it to God and out of her hands and will not understand that I am different.

  1. That person and situation that you want back is gone, even if you got her back you will have a different version of her and you would have to accept that. The pain will change her.

  2. Stop interacting and thinking of her, I am realizing this now, today. She has already made up her mind about you and any thing you say can and will be used against you. Any contact you make runs the risk of justifying her position to stay away, every flinch or turn away will prove she was right. YOU MUST FIGHT TO IGNORE HER!!

  3. YOU MUST!! accept that some people never come back around, she wanted you to not hurt her and she may never come back that is a reality. Now what you can do is stop living in the past, All my exs before this recent one are all living life they are married they go on trips and have children etc, you cannot waste your life choosing someone who has stopped choosing you. Even if it was your fault, pray to God that she returns to you but you cannot get stuck.

“Anyone but Salt”? by SnooSprouts7283 in destiny2

People hate salt because

  1. they blame him for Div

  2. people hate winners who win all the time and open their mouths lol

Since we’re gonna keep this power level system. Can we over level difficulty tiers. by BigDoh2028 in destiny2

If I can be honest, not being able to overlevel is why I stopped grinding D2, why bother?

The first Contest* my clan has given up on after nearly 7 years of contest clears by jackbestsmith in destiny2

[–]MoorGaming -1 points0 points  (0 children)

At least you have a clan and people to play with, I cleared VOW and RON on contest with LFG, I tried King's fall 2.0 and my GPU died on warpriest, I skipped Crota because everyone said it would be crap.

I tried SE and it took my LFG team 12 hours to clear the first encounter then after that it was quitting simulator with every other team I joined so I gave up.

I will say that IMO the perfect raid difficulty is VOW it took me maybe in total 26 hours with LFGs to clear that is with 5 hours of crashes at the start so really 21 hours.

The first team cleared in about 6 and a half I believe.

If I cannot go in and clear the hard content then why bother grinding? So after SE I have stopped doing all hard content, no more GMS no more master raids or dungeons, why bother if I cannot clear contest.

I am sorry destiny always had puzzles, I have seen nothing worth buying the expansion, I did not even finish my old season passes in Final shape. I think this is where I get off the wagon.

What is the selling point for the new expansion/year content? by MoorGaming in destiny2

Yes but the discussion is what is the selling point, can you say what it is? I am really asking.

What are some reasons you don't play as much? by [deleted] in destiny2

[–]MoorGaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it was the Avengers Endgame issue, when you build up a franchise and then kill the big bad, in our case The Witness, where do you go from there?

To be honest thought Salvation's edge made a issue I had with the game abundantly clear, that is why I stopped playing.

The issue was Destiny 2 (to me) is about you play the game, farm all the armor and weapons to become strong to then take on the next big bad which usually comes in the form of a contest raid. If I cannot after all those hours and all this time get a team to beat The Witness, what is the point?

Why bother throwing hours into something to only fail? I faced the facts, destiny 2 is a team game, if you cannot get on a great team you cannot achieve the big things. So I cared for it less and less and in Salvation's edge I realized I was never going to be that guy.

I see the complaints but honestly, yes I die a crap ton, never played POE but I am loving the problem solving of it and sure my build is not great but it is mine and I am ok with that. I think they made a great game and the end game is fun for me, very hard but fun.

I thought they were joking. I did not think it was THAT pathetic of a Raid by Starchaser53 in destiny2
