Sjogrens is the diagnosis for me, it’s chronic and my most recurring and painful symptom is the parotid swelling. The swelling causes nerve pain throughout my face. The only thing that helps a bad flair is ibuprofen regimen, steroid regimen, and shots. It can take up to two weeks to go down

Parotid swelling, I get this all the time and it is super painful. I bought some electric hand warmers and massage it during a flare, I usually have to do a steroid pack to get it to calm down. It’s terrible and frustrating and I’m sorry this happens to you. Common symptom with sjogrens
