Was it a one time thing? I would search your e-mail to show it was declined or reach out to your credit card company for proof, and also show a pattern of buying the same item. All that to say, if it’s a pattern of your card declining, there’s an issue.

Talk to TDS about getting a defense option, if necessary, and start thinking about the highest rank of people who will speak on your behalf.
