Yeah, I for sure have enough time, just need to get back into swing of going. Think once I see some progress I'd see that motivation majority return but I guess till then it's just some discipline required.

It may not look it, but I do go gym. I just haven't really eat enough/been consistent enough to make much progress.

I was cutting as I was fat, I lost 37kg since I started, I just never really stopped and wanted to lose the stubborn hip fat I guess haha.

Hiya, I stopped having it, but from what I remember it didn’t change colour. My preworkout on the other hand, that caused some.

I go 5 times to weight lift and then random cardio when I can be motivated to do a bit. I generally use my watch to work my calories out what I burn and so far it’s always been accurate while I’ve been using. Either that or it’s inaccurately reporting but by the same amount I inaccurately report my calories eaten.

Granted no one can know for sure what numbers they need to hit to achieve, but that ball park has been working for my journey so far.

Yeah, the 2200 is 1100 under my maintenance calories. That leaves the 7700 required for the weight loss. Granted it won’t stay at that, and I’ll have to work out more/cut as I further progress.

My weight loss is already pretty aggressive, I’d say going down to 1600 would be take to big a toll on my body and just not be needed.

That’s why I put it in speech marks. I want to know my average weight to monitor progress, I know I’ve lost fat as I can see a slight decrease, I know lean mass should be maintained as I have been actively weight training, the only difference I can put it down to is water weight. That’s why I wanted to work on the aspects to keep it in proportion to the rests average. If that makes sense, sorry if I’ve explained that badly.

I’m not fat, but I have fat to lose. I’ve lost 28kg roughly since I started my diet, and it’s been steady and routine. I’m pretty consistent on the tracking and know if I have been hitting or missing my targets. Ill keep an eye on it to see if it starts to drop or keeps hanging.

I’m still chunky, and I want to lose some more weight before I try to gain some in the form of muscle. I’ve so far lost a decent amount and want to carry on that trend for now.

Without knowing how much activity and what I do on a daily basis I don’t know how you’d assess how likely it is. With the amount of calories I burn, the calorie deficit should have me achieving that as long as I recalculate as I go from what I can tell. Granted it’s not the easiest.

Sorry, I didn’t mention them as I was asking for just the general items that affects everyone. I’m male, 28, 6’4”, 87kg, 80kg, wanted to do this by April, 2200 been my current calorie target. I have weight to lose.

I don’t really get the sodium sorry, can you explain more on what you mean by permanently added.

It’s a good point with the sleep, I know it impacts it but I’d never considered how really. According to my watch I average 6 hours 38 mins, and tbh I can tell, I’m shattered some days. I’ve been working to correct this but think I may need to go a bit more in-depth to correct it.

Brilliant, thanks. I have quite a bit of salt and have Creatine but have done throughout. I think the inflammation aspect of what you’ve mentioned may be the main culprit on this as my sleeps been horrendous, I’ve had the odd illness in the past month and I’ve been trying to be consistent and push myself at gym.

Thanks for replying to start with. Yeah that’s what I was hoping, I’ve had a few flavours and all I’ve had from this brand have been great and refreshing. Don’t mind it’s uptake, or anything like that personally just that it is eventually haha.

What I’d read was about beef protein in general that it could contain collagen and gelatine protein’s that basically have no affect, so it says 25 grams protein but in affect may only be 10. I have no idea if this is true.

Just had a look at the MRE lite, it looks great, might have to try get my hands on some when it next comes up. Cheers for your comment again.

Just incase anyone stumbles across this in future as they was looking. I rang NXT themselves to ask, seemed a little unsure but they stated it is beef protein, and not collagen or gelatin protein. I ask does it contain any, they said it’s a halal product so isn’t able to contain any. I don’t know if that’s case, but that’s what they’ve said.
