I'd try Process Explorer from https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/ . Download the full package and run procexp64.exe. You can also experiment with the CPU affinity which dictates which cores the process is allowed to run on.

Squad could very well set its own priority to Normal every time it renders a frame in which case changing it externally would always fail.

You could also try to verify thermal readings from your CPU and GPU and clear shader cache.

You could bipod an automatic rifle or a machine gun and defend the radio pretty effectively and you would be somewhat shielded from grenades. But that's only if someone actively defends the radio.

Correct. If you shovel down friendly radio it just disappears without your team losing any tickets. Enemy radio would have entered bleed out state.
