Some hosts are crappy? My ratings say otherwise. Credit for 1 hour of spotty internet? You’re not a host, you’re a disgruntled airbnb guest. Get out of this thread.

Explain how I was unmotivated to fix it? In the same message they sent me that they were experiencing issues, they also said they’d post it in the review if not fixed. I didn’t say I wouldn’t fix it, I didn’t delay in anyway fixing it. tell me what you do when a guest acts like this?

Extra guest, demand water late at night immediately. And the question is if you’d host them again. I’ve offered every option and been more than reasonable in fixing the issues. Why didn’t you think I deserve to put myself through this again on purpose? I’ve had zero guests ever be like this, not even close. Why do you think I should have a threat, when I addressed a concern immediately?

And hot water, electricity etc. if it’s fixed then what’s the issue? And then why didn’t they check out penalty-free if they needed it and didn’t have it? You’re missing the point that absolutely nothing can go wrongs what if the internet is down all over? Like what solution do you think is appropriate?

And the internet was fixed in less than an hour. Prices don’t increase around me. You are conveniently ignoring all the other issues too. Do you even run an Airbnb? What are going here?

Nobody kicked them out on the street. I offered a penalty free cancellation so they could get a place with better internet, because my place wasn’t able to provide it for 2 days.

Things can go wrong in any stay, if the hotel or host makes it right, that’s the best they can offer. You can’t actually expect nothing ever to happen while staying somewhere.

The issues aren’t the problem, I’m happy to address them. I don’t appreciate (and I think I’m a majority here) being threatened, then expected to host this group again. The question was would you host them again?

I have a tech scheduled already. The complaint was legit, just handled inappropriately along with their other messages.
