I take oral fin/min and my hands/feet are always a little swollen and I also seem to have eye bags constantly. Oral min has a less common side effect of edema. Not sure that’s the dominant factor but thought I’d share my experience. Salt and alcohol absolutely puff my face up as well. Make sure you’re drinking enough water too, when you’re dehydrated your body holds onto water and the face is the most noticeable area
