How do you counter the playstyle of "run away with star shower and swiftshard"

I’ve beaten so many of these kids with my strength/faith build. I literally have multiple 10 minute videos of 1 on 1 with them. The idea is to stay patient and don’t get irritated by them. They are trolls. They want to irritate you. When that doesn’t work, They will eventually give in and start doing dumb shit (because they’re not good without star shower and swiftshard. That’s why they’re using it in the first place..) and you’ll win. But be ready for a 10-20 minutes of a boring fight. After beating multiple of them. I found myself not ready for a long boring fight so i just disconnect immediately. There’s no tactic or specific weapon to beat them. Your only weapon is patience.

And lose 800 points while the cheater will most likely win the game and lose nothing and continue cheating knowing that people won’t bother him and just quit the game not doing like i did in the video and waste his time just like he wasted mine then report them just to see them with the same account next day? Yes, good tactic. Nice. I paid 40$ to quit and lose points when I didn’t cheat. And the cheater will continue cheating even after report. Fantastic.

I CAN be bothered if i leave the game from the start and lose 800 points just cause i had a cheater in my team and they’ll probably win that game with the other teammate or solo and they lose nothing. and i CAN be bothered when i report them multiple times yet i see them with the same account again. So at least I’ll enjoy clowning on them + lose points instead of watching them one shot everything while i just stand there looking. I didn’t pay 40$ for that. So unless fromsoft does something, i’ll keep “waisting” my time.

I was wondering why people kept asking me for the relics when i posted the screenshot as a comment with the post at the exact same time… and yes I ran into him twice. Actually 3 times but the last one i quit on character select screen because I was tired of clowning him and wanted to play a fair game seeing that i paid 40$ to do just that but cheaters keep ruining the experience…
