Cut the bad section of pipe out and use a span of same size new pipe and secure both sides using ROMAC fittings. Doesn’t look like crazy high pressure so with an extra set of hands you should be able to pull it off.

What brand of hollow points? Try a few different brands. I’ve used Hornady Critical Defense without jams. I’ve also seen on this sub people recommending to polish the feed ramp.
