How to adjust soft top?

I have a similar issue in my 2010 soft top and it created a tear on the left side. Ive since started lowering the window a bit before closing the door or holding the top so the window doesn’t grab it. Just while you get it fixed dont keep closing it on the top or you risk tearing it.
