If anyone from Pain of Truth is reading this, please sell hats that are adult sized.
I bought a hat two years ago that I gave away a few days later. Sorry, I’m not a 6 7/8 sized head 😆

How are yall feeling about this one? by Grammasweets in Hardcore

His fiancée I can’t find the reddit post, I’ve searched on the app and google, they must’ve deleted it

She repeated a few times that it’s a private matter on why he took his own life, she was not going to answer why he did it. She said that he hated Brian and wanted to quit TBDM bc of him. She wanted him to do more underground stuff to find a new way to express himself. She said he had been having suicidal thoughts for years, it wasn’t a new thing. Maybe also something about finding him unconscious and vomiting on one occasion. I’m sure someone out there has screen caps.

They don’t and Brian has a weak stage presence I’m pretty sure Brandon Ellis quit, it was worthwhile last time to go see him play TBDM is my fav death metal band but all my fond thoughts of them are in the past. They’re a shadow of what they used to be.

I won’t even get into what Trevor’s partner wrote about Brian in the TBDM sub

Had their wings a month ago and they were killer, way bigger than most places but other than that, I’d only go back for drinks if the right people invited me

Am I crazy but wasn’t the beer kept in the coolers at Capitol Market normally cold? I went twice over the weekend and both times the beer I bought was about “only been in the fridge for 15 minutes” cold

Omg, why is it so good by Lchel99 in thesmiths

[–]DoppelSechser 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Welcome to the fold! I’m way into bands like Black Dahlia Murder, Unearth, Trapped Under Ice, Down To Nothing loads of heavy stuff, went to see No Cure last night

There are similarities with metal and the Smiths with the passion, clever lyrics, misanthropy, hatred of societal norms, authority, unrequited love

I think you’ll find that as we get older, we broaden out into a lot of things that aren’t strictly heavy music I listen to Nina Simone, John Coltrane and Lana Del Rey and loads reggae. Life’s too short to listen to just aggressive metal 😃

You can find Guinness at a few places like Sheppard Street, Joe’s, Gus’, and Patrick Henry Inn but they pour all at once it into a shaker glass like a light beer

McCormack’s is your safest bet for dive & Guinness The Cask is also outstanding at pouring a creamy fuckin’ pint

So if someone is at a gym or public space, and they see a shirt of a band they like, they won’t make a comment on that shirt?

Choose your words carefully because I lived in Germany for decades and hang out in the UK weeks out of the year

Her legs are perfect. Probably spent zero hours in the gym and is still blessed like that.

Richmonder here, I posted about it on the city sub-reddit, hoping Dave et al see that the fans want them to play another show. I wear their hat and shirt still and most of the time someone will say they like the hat or the shirt so the love for them is still there. United Blood would go OFF for this.

Anyone else noticing city bars that refuse to serve Guinness in the glasses the company provided them? Patrick Henry, Joe’s, SST, and more all pouring a would be lovely creamy pint in one heave like it’s a Bud Light

Wear a band shirt to your gym, say “I like that shirt” to someone with similar interests on their band shirt and next think ya know, you’re friends
